- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fixed rate and hourly pricing. We prefer to offer fixed rate for clear scope of work as this would be more clear and fair to our clients. In case we spend time learning or researching something our clients don't have to pay for that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Scope of work: We make sure our clients ideas are understood, document it and make sure our client is comfortable with our understanding of the scope of work. - Proposal: based on our understanding of the scope of work we draft an official proposal and include details about scope of work, change orders, pricing, maintenance, project duration and client responsibilities. - Wireframe: Once the proposal is approved we start working on wireframes to illustrate system functionalities - for small or standardized projects this step can be skipped- and transitions between screens. - Design: We will work with you to make the system compatible with your company colors and style. - Coding and testing: based on approved wireframes and designs, development will start. We follow an agile methodology and you will receive new updates and additions to the project starting two weeks after the this phase starts and then continuously as new features are built and tested. - Support and Maintenance: We offer 1-3 months free maintennance period after the project is completed and then optional paid maintenance plan to support the system technically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our team members are computer and software engineers. We also have a designer and a professional photographer on our team.
