- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the visit, duration and activities desired. We try to be fair to everyone and work within budgets. Santa is very creative to make visits happen. And yes we do consider charity events as special. Money is not the important thing to Santa; It is important to make the children happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Santa Claus or one of his elves will contact you shortly after you have made the initial request for a visit. It is best if we talk first, and then follow up with an email. There are usually a few calls and emails to insure Santa meets your needs: good planning makes Santa's visit enjoyable for all. Setting the duration of Santa's visit is the most difficult. Part of Santa's magic is his busy schedule. The balance between leaving to quickly and staying to long is something we will talk about as part of scheduling his visit. Santa will do his best to make sure everyone is happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Santa Claus has years of experience with children. They have been an important part of his and Mrs. Claus's life. Over the years Santa continues to participate in children's events, take classed, study, and improve his communication in addition to his workshop and Christmas delivery responsibilities. SANTA's Education and Training includes: a Masters Degree, adult teaching credential, extensive study in communication, stand-up comedy, improve, and most important, extensive research in the history and lore of Santa Clause, Kris Kringle, Saint Nick, and Father Christmas. Just ask Santa. And Santa always appreciates feedback from everyone he meets.
