I found Jen and her company on Google, she has great reviews and called me back the same day. She came out and did a home estimate so we had no surprises on fee. Within the first five minutes I knew Jen was an honest professional person and we booked monthly services with her company. Today we had our first service; Himelda and Sarah came and got right to work. Even Jen (the owner) came to help. I'm a super picky customer who likes things just right. I spoke with them and let them know up front that I'm picky and the few areas that needed some extra attention. They did not disappoint and did a fabulous job. I would recommend Meticulosity Cleaning for anyone who who needs some extra help on cleaning.

From the start with talking with Jenn and setting up the cleaning that I needed with my busy work schedule. She was very patient with me and even took the time to reschedule my cleaning, when I had an unexpected appointment that took me away. And then when the cleaning did happen, there were four ladies that were there and never stopped working. I could tell that they had been working together for a while as a team because they went through every room of my house with ease. And when I was sure that my kitchen, especially around my stove, was going to still be dirty but wasn't, I was amazed. I would highly recommend this company again and again to anyone who either needs help weekly or needs a deep clean for a move out. Jenn and her team are the real deal. 10/10!

Used them for a tenant move out deep clean. did an ok job on the dusty areas of the house. but it seems that if it cannot be removed with basic cleaners, they do not know how to do it.stainless steel kitchen sink, they could not even get watermarks off it. I did it myself in 5 minutes with stainless steel cleaner.bathroom granite counter that had hard water stain on it. they could not get it off after cleaning it twice. with the right cleaner, vinegar based, it dissolved and is gone in less than 5 minutes.The result, I expected a professionally cleaned house what I was left with was a basic wipe down that tool 2 people 5 hours to do in a 1075 square foot house.I do not recommend them for a deep clean.Their response below just shows that the can do nothing else but clean with soap and water. Can't use stainless steel cleaner or get any hard water stains off like I did and I'm not a professional cleaner. They are completely unprofessional.

You have a home that is located in an area notorious for hard water and your home was extremely dirty and not maintained for years. The removal hard water staining at that level is not a service that we provide. We specialize in deep cleaning and not home restoration. You were offered the contact info for a company that could help with that service but refused. The owner even came out and scrubbed your floor tile grout in the kitchen on hands and knees which is an additional service and were not charged for it. It seems there was a misunderstanding of what we offer. Vinegar based products should not be used on granite and since you were complaining about a knick on your 10 year old wall paper which we did not do, the last thing we wanted to do was replace your granite counter top if it was damaged by cleaning products. We had to basically hunt you down for payment calling from an alternative number for you to answer and provide payment since the original card you gave us had insufficient funds. Our policy is that we will come out and re-do any items not up customer satisfaction within 24 hours and we still came out after a week once you mentioned something but only after paying. It seems you want to sell your home without any investment to fix it at the expense of us and your ex-tenant. We provided quality services to you and went above and beyond to make things right.
