- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee for individuals, couples and families is 135/session. I have 3 Associate Marriage and Family Therapists that offer their fees on a sliding scale $80,$90,$100 and $125 based on your monthly income.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with clients is to have a brief phone call to assess what they are looking for then to set an initial appointment . It's super important to me to collaboratively set goals for therapy so that whether you come back once or 5 more times you can say "that was helpful "!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Psychology with a Marriage, Family, Child emphasis . I am trained by Francine Shapiro's group - the EMDR institute on EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing and have used it successfully for clients with trauma, PTSD, weight loss, anxiety, depression and addiction . I am also trained in IMAGO therapy for couples which is a type of couples counseling that goes beyond just "communication " but provides a space for a deeper emotional connection between couples which is a must for a healthy relationship with your partner. I also specialize in anxiety, codependency, domestic violence and narcissism . I have passion for helping clients take care of themselves using self care techniques such as Deep breathing and mindfulness.
