- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before starting the job, I require half of payment(estimate) as deposit, used to buy material. Antes del trabajo, requiero mitad del estimado cómo parte de depósito pero es para comprar el material.

I like to schedule an on-site estimate meeting, I come to you and inspect the project in person before giving an estimate.
