- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a complementary consultation and assessment at our location, plus an introductory package of 8 personal training sessions at $50 each ($400 for the 8 total sessions) Personal Training discounts we offer: Student Discount (with student ID) - 10% Active Military and Veterans -10% Spouse of Active Military - 10% Family Discount - (1-2 members) 10%, (3+ members) 15% Fees are dependent on type of training- Private Exercise or Small Group Training and number of days per week to which a client commits. All training programs include Nutrition Coaching to complement your program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, our process is simple. 1. We agree on a day/time to meet at the gym for a free consultation. 2. During the consultation, we talk about the clients needs and wants, risk factors and our programs and pricing. 3. 30 minute workout.- This is the perfect time to find out if the trainer and client are a good fit.
