My toilet started making noise and tried fixing it myself by watching videos online. Dumb move! Had no clue what I was doing and probably made it worse. My friend used the Family Plumber in the past and highly recommended so I gave them a call. I spoke to Jen and she made me feel at ease like I wasn't trying to get up sold or overcharged and ended up sending someone out the next day.Josh was the technician that came out and was able to identify the problem and fix it within 30 minutes! I cannot thank The Family Plumber enough and will continue to use them in the future and recommend to anyone that asks!
