- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$15 per signature and a flat fee of $85 for a round-trip travel appointment to perform a notary anywhere in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties or if closer to me we can calculate miles. Whichever is less
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduced myself to the customer and I build rapport and I have a conversation with them about what they’re doing and how I can be of service to them. Then I listen and relate to their particular situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
32 years of Banking and Financial Services Industry. Training for Notary and have had commission for more than 13 years
