What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Offering a 20% discount for the first month of service for new customers. Contreras Heidari Bookkeeping will handle everything for a flat monthly fee so you can budget and plan effectively for your business. The fixed monthly rate is based solely on your needs as every business is unique. Thumbtack only allows us to enter an hourly rate. We listen to our clients, and after a short free 30-minute consultation call we will email you a fixed monthly quote. As a valued client, you should know exactly what you are paying for!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will schedule a call or a Zoom meeting or even meet in person with a new client to discuss their business and their accounting/bookkeeping needs and goals. Together we can confirm the services required and put a plan in place to start work. I will provide a quote detailing all work discussed. Then after we've agreed to work together we'll take the necessary steps to gather your accounting information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a family business, we have over 40+ years of accounting and bookkeeping experience. We are Quickbooks ProAdvisor certified. We hold Bachelor's in Finance and a Master's in Accounting and Financial Managerial.
