- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our retainers depend on the work required. Generally, for family law, civil litigation and criminal defense matters, we would need a $3,500 retainer and our billing rate is $350 to $465 per hour. We generally do not take matters on contingency but we can depending on the facts of the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would do a free fifteen minute telephonic consultation. Thereafter, the potential client can come into our offices (we have offices in downtown Los Angeles, Upland and Mission Viejo) and we generally charge $300 per hour for that in person consultation where we will re Jew documents and provide the potential client with our case analysis and strategy. Thereafter, the potential client can decide if they want to retain us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. We all take MCLE classes.
