How does your business stand out?

I am not the person who just trashes out at others just to try and get more business. In my opinion i have come to realize that those who are actually own the business tend to put more effort into leaving a satisfied customer than those who get paid per hour or work for someone. I have worked with others in my line of trade and all they want is fast results, appnt comes in at 9 and should be done by 12 . My way of working is much slower. What i mean by that is i like to take my time per customer. I do not want to be rush to get four five details per day. Money is needed but i like putting my customers satisfaction first. I like taking care of the customers needs for example if there is a spot on a seat or carpet that the customer wants clean or a scratch that just has to be taken car of. Importance in this line of trade is satisfying the customer as much as I can.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I like the challenge that this type of trade has to offer. When a client allows me to work on an oxidized paint and bring back the shine that once came with the car. Or when an interior is pretty neglected and i am able to make the client feel comfortable being back in the vehicle. I enjoy seeing the satisfaction that i bring to my customers. The constant smile, or the "Great Job", "Thank you" that i receive, is what lets me know that i am doing it right. This trade is not rocket science but it does come with a challenge, a challenge i like to take up everyday.

    Ricardo did a good job, but didn't complete the one I asked for - a thorough interior scrub down. He said he'd come back to fix it, but has since stopped responding.

    Hi Libby I finished the job that was asked of me. I said that if the smell persisted it was not my fault. I did all the impossible to remove the smell. Job took well over 5 hours to perform. Once I finished I said I would come back as a courtesy but had nothing to do with my finished job. I tried going but as you know our schedules did not work out. I feel bad that after doing my best, you did not like my job. I apologize.

    I just want to thank Mr. Ricado for the great job he did on my VW Passat. He really went into detail cleaning the inside and outside. In particular, my rims they are very difficult to clean due to the different designs but he left them looking espectacular. I am use to guys just cleaning my car to get a tip, but Mr. Ricado really does it because he cares for his work and his clients. Once again thank you and keep up the good work.

    Ricardo cleaned the interior of my vw passat. This car is about two years old, before your say, easy job right? Not at all. I have two kids a four year old and a five year old. My kids managed to completely have their way with the back seat of my car. There was the works back there. Toys, candy, papers, sticky stuff everything and anything you can imagine. At first I was going to do the job because no one cleans better than a mom. But that was a headache. So I came across ricardo, guy was very nice. Greeted me and explained his process. He was honest with me telling me what were the areas where he was not going to be able to do very much. I knew anything was better than leaving it like that. Four and some change hours later my car was back. Fresh out of the lot like two years ago. Just plain amazing. I expected clean but not like that, he cleaned everything. Car looks great I couldnt stop smiling. Thank you Ricardo you were great!

    Very professional. He is young but knows what he is doing. Arrived at my home on time and got right to work. I have two children and my car needed some major help. Ricardo was just great he explained to me exactly what he was going to do and what I could do to prevent future stains in my carpet. This guy is great now he does my car and husband car every two week for basic washes.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Full Interior Detail*-Full carpet and upholstery shampoo. Dash board and Center console cleaned and conditioned. Hot water extractor is used to professionally remove all dirt and stains deep in the carpet and upholstery. Carpet is cleaned with an electric brush which helps get the dirt deep in the carpet. Headliner(roof), door panels and seat belts are cleaned. Leather is thoroughly cleaned and conditioned. An air blower is used to dry the carpet and upholstery, ready to drive that same day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is simple ask questions. When hiring someone make sure they know how to take care of your car, make sure you are convinced that they know what they are doing. Asks questions and have them explain the process to you. I try and eductae my customers by explaining my process. Why their paint feels rough after a wash. What is oxidation. How to prevent it. Anything and everything that relates to your job.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I want customers to know that i am very professional. I take this line of work very serious. Most importantly I want them to know that their vehicle is in good hands. I have been detailing for over four years. It does not sound like a lot but i do have the knowledge necessarily to do the work right. I am honest if i encounter a job that i know i cannot do i will let you know and not wing it. I have met others in my trade that have been doing this work for over 20 years and they say that they are still learning adapting to the new paints, new products to correct paint, new tools to use. I know that experience is the best teacher so i am on my way to learn as much as i am allowed to.
