- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m pristinely honest to an absurd level, very transparent with all the costs/receipts/financials. Always able to find a way to make the client’s budget work. Discounts are negotiable for big chunks of work or for returning clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get the client’s vision first, share my thoughts/suggestions on some additional creative ideas and inputs, figure out the budget and timeline, work around those if necessary, plan the work and get it done
