- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we are a family owned and operated company, we have a smaller team than the average HVAC company, so there is a lot of space for us to customize pricing for clients needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There isn’t a set process, we show our new clients what it is to have a good company working for them. We know that when we are called on, it can be a stressful time for clients, so we do our best to set a good, clear example of what it is we are doing and many different solutions to get them taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the trade evolves every year, whether it’s self development or technical, we are in constant training to give our clients the best services possible and a good experience while dealing with issues related to heating and cooling systems.
