Carlos was great! He was responsive to my request and I was able to quickly schedule a time for him to check out my A/C. He was able to quickly identify the issue and make the repair. Thank goodness for his good service as the heat is unbearable! I would definitely call Carlos in the future for any A/C servicing or needs.

Carlos was professional and very nice and was able to come look at our AC unit the day of. He even showed me how to clean the filters and then cleaned it for us. I forgot to deduct the $65 fee from the service amount as it is waived if you purchase the service. Carlos sent me back the fee and honored that.
