FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discuss with my clients directly what they can afford to spend on the contracts that they need. I typically do flat fee arrangements for contract drafting so that my clients know exactly what they are paying when making a determination whether they want to agree to the drafting or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet my clients in person or via telephone call to speak with them and get to know them - I don't charge for the meetings because if my clients retain me as an advisor, I want them to be able to get to know the type of person I am since I will be representing their interests. My main focus is on building relationships with my clients. After that, we normally discuss what their needs are, and whether I will be able to assist them. If not, I will give them referrals if I have them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received by undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California. I then went on to law school in downtown Los Angeles at Loyola Law. I worked for a boutique firm in Beverly Hills for around 3-4 years handling commercial litigation cases, general counsel work, and transactional document preparation and review.
