FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to military, veterans and seniors. We charge a fair price for our services. Remember, good lawyers are not cheap and cheap lawyers are not good. This is not the time to “bargain shop.” The best results come from having the best attorneys: knowledge combined with actual courtroom experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with the customer and do research on their case. After being retained, we contact the prosecutor (as well as prior counsel) so that we can immediately begin working on your case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science for the University of California at Irvine and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. I was the recipient of the Dean and Faculty Scholarship at Loyola, as well as being a staff member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. I clerked at the Los Angeles City Attorney in the criminal division, as well as at the Public Defender for the County of Riverside. I was with the Public Defender's Office for five years, and was an Attorney III.
