Great teacher, very passionate about what she does, fun to have lessons with would definitely recommend to othersDec 15, 2015
This instructor has several assets that make her a good choice: As far as leading by example, she definitely has a style that speaks authoritatively, "I know how to move." In light of above, she is very charitable in assessing the student's skills, and recognizing progress or effort. Keeps the lesson light, in spite of her underlying serious attitude. Patient to a fault.Nov 22, 2015
Adrienne is an amazing dance instructor. Of course, she can teach you the basics, but what sets her apart is her ability to recognize your strengths and weaknesses and works with each. She clearly understands the nuance of dancing, foot work, weight shifts and timing, and how important they are to become the kind of dancer you want to be, should you want to compete professionally or just feel comfortable on any dance floor. She she has the ability to explain clearly and concisely what she wants you to do and how to get there. Just take one dance lesson with her, and you will never want anyone else to teach you. I guarantee it.Nov 25, 2015

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Lessons reflect travel time, studio rental, if applicable, one on one instruction, hands on adjustments, and specifically created sequences. Packages and group rates are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer a 30 minute introductory lesson for $30. On this lesson, we will discuss goals, dance history, any special events they are preparing for, etc. The client is able to get an idea of the studio space, group class schedule, as well as my style of teaching. At the end of the lesson, I suggest a specific package of lessons that I feel is in line with their initial goals/needs discussed at the beginning, as well as where their own level of dancing currently is at. For yoga, I am happy to schedule a phone call prior to. I learn about any pre-conditions, injuries, and his/her goals. From there, I create a sequence based around those things.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a BFA in Performance Theatre, as well as my certification by DVIDA, which is recognized by the National Dance Council of America. I have trained with coaches all over the country and currently do to this day. I consistently perform all over California as well. RYT-200 RYT-300 Bridge, 100 hour
