Flor is the sweetest person. She makes sure you feel great from A to Z. Her place is wonderful and has a great view. Place is tidy and smells good. It’s the coziest 11th floor spa. Plus her facials are incredible. Skin feels and looks great every time. She’s very professional and caring.
