I didn’t realize I could find remodeling services on thumbtack- As a new homeowner, I was nervous about remodeling but Zack was very patient and led me thru my first project. He pays good attention to detail and I am very satisfied with my remodel. My house is slowly but surely transforming!! He has done my flooring, my master suite by combining two smaller bedrooms, fencing, and my backyard!! Highly recommend

We had Ivory Home Builders build us a new deck with a permanent gazebo. This involved removing our old inter-locking brick patio and using composite boarding for the new deck. The preliminary design phase was helpful, with suggestions from Zack rounding out our initial concept. The initial technical drawings followed by the 3D design pictures provided as part of the process are extremely helpful in finalizing the desired outcome before proceeding with the build. He was also able to accommodate our wish for an adjustable louvered privacy screen on the gazebo. We found Zack and his crew to be very professional and hard-working. The workmanship and attention to detail taken by all those involved was exceptional, and it showed in the final results – which was a solid and beautifully finished structure. A complete clean-up was done afterwards, including removal of the inter-locking bricks from the old patio. We are very happy with our new deck and gazebo, and would recommend Ivory Home Builders for such projects.

We were very pleased with our renovation that was done by Zack's team. They met with us numerous times and came up with a design that worked great for our space and lifestyle. There was continuous progress, the project was on time, and they were responsive to questions and concerns. Final product is as we pictured. We love it!
