This young lady is absolutely amazing. She was punctual, professional, and on time. I made a hair appointment to have my locs retwisted and when I say I left her feeling like 1 million bucks...that does her work no justice. She is amazing. Such a talented young woman with a bright future ahead of her. I would recommend her to anyone I know. These days, it's hard to find a hair stylist that is punctual, professional, and not out just to take money from you. She develops great rapport with her clients and maintains a friendly environment. Shawna is the stylist you’ve always dreamt of working with. Her work is absolutely immaculate even when she juggles different hair textures, different hair styles and different needs. Working with her now for 2.5 years, I hire Shawna during my biggest and most important moments because I KNOW she will get it right. My wedding day, my photo shoots, my professional in-studio TV work— everything. She’s creative and fun and brings me ideas knowing i always want to switch up and try new things. From my haircuts to my braids to my natural curls to my sew-ins, she does everything for me. Not only is she talented but she is also the most gentle and kind person. When I first move to LA, I was on the hunt for a stylist…anyone that could help me with my natural hair. Each person I went to either disappointed me in their quality or reliability. But then I met Shawna and I have never looked back! She is always on time and the quality of her work is OUTSTANDING! The fact that she washes, conditions, blows out, and provides the hair for knotless braids is amazing. Also, if I come to her with a new idea for a natural style, she won’t say no! It’s always let’s try it and I have never been disappointed!
