- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple. You only pay for the time and materials we use to complete your to do list. Our Fixers come prepared with most common tools + will purchase any extra materials* needed to complete your job. We will give you an instant ballpark estimate that our Fixer will confirm with you when they arrive before starting work. Our pricing is $129/hr for labor (pro-rated to the nearest minute). Ask us about our discounted Membership Pricing and learn more about how you can gain perks throughout the year on future visits. *For any extra materials required to complete project, your Fixer will review what is needed with you and go shopping for the right items, returning immediately to finish the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Fixers are experts in a variety of areas including plumbing, electric, carpentry, drywall, painting, assembly, and installation. The Fixer team is dedicated to continuous training and skill-building so we are always up to date and ready for any project. We also have a training center to promote sustainable careers in the home repair industry for men and women. We are dedicated to progressive and professional education for our students and employees.
