- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new student starts I speak with the student to find out what their long term and short term goals are. I like to set obtainable short term goals. I explain in detail what we are trying to achieve in each lesson and encourage the students to ask questions. I want to make sure the lessons are safe and fun while still reaching their goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional Equestrian for over 30 years. I have experience in teaching all age groups. I have competed at a very high level and been through just about everything that a student might experience while learning!
