If I could’ve marked all 5 attributes, I would have. Carlos was the first to respond to my inquiry for representation. Unfortunately for him, my first hearing was the next morning, which didn’t leave much time for briefing. At this point I hadn’t even committed to hiring him as my defense attorney and he continuously showed interest in getting whatever information he could to have the best understanding of what took place and whether or not I would even need to hire him. The next morning we met before the scheduled time court was to start, and at that point he was upfront and honest about what will most likely happen, which then I wouldn’t need his representation. He also gave me potential outcomes, in which he then recommended that I bring him on if those things did transpire. He provided me with a sense of relief and comfort that in such a short amount of time that really helped me stay focused on what I needed to do in order to get the best results I could. Thanks again Carlos, I appreciate your time and your selfless efforts over the past few days.

I always make sure to interact directly with the client. I always then review the case. And I have constant follow-ups on a daily or weekly basis.

I have a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an emphasis in business law. I also have a juris doctor degree in legal studies
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began to practice criminal defense while in law school, I also focus on immigration law while working as a law student. I’ve been doing this now or close to 15 years
