What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on estimated effort involved. On fixed bid projects I can come-in competitively, even though I may have a higher hourly rate, because my experience makes the process run smoother.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with discuss to understand project needs, business, market, etc. I would rather work with client to validate requirements and optimize approach than have them pay for something that not optimized for their business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My continuing education is an ongoing effort which involves several hours of reading, research, events, networking and more on a nearly daily basis.
