- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard fees for bankruptcy cases and wrongful foreclosure. Most of our cases are contingency fee, which means that our lawyers only get paid when our clients recover their money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free legal advice for individuals that call or come into the office. When we agree to represent a person, we typically take their case on a contingency basis, or we work out an affordable payment plan if we need to charge any fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our legal staff is highly skilled and licensed in California and Arizona.
