- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had the good fortune to work with some of the nation's outstanding civil litigators and trial attorneys, including Steve Susman, David Boies, Joe Jamail, Mark Wawro, Neil Manne, Steve Berman, and Bill Shernoff. I use this experience in representing plaintiffs in civil lawsuits. Much of my current practice is devoted to representing policyholders (including individuals, homeowners, property owners, businesses, commercial firms, homeowners' associations) against insurance companies in coverage disputes, bad-faith lawsuits, and class actions. I also represent plaintiffs in other civil lawsuits, including employment disputes, business disputes, and class actions. And I don't just litigate lawsuits. I try them. Other attorneys ask me to come in at the eleventh hour to try lawsuits that they have been litigating but have been unable to settle.
