- What types of customers have you worked with?
We handle work related injuries or discrimination from a specific injury such as a slip and fall or a specific accident to what is called a continuous trauma injury from overwork, overuse, harassment which causes physical and emtional injury over time. We also handle discrimination and harassment issues as well as wage and hour disputes.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check references, go on line and look at the web pages of the attorney, call the local Workers' Compensation Appeals Board and speak with the Information and Assistance Officer and ask about the attorney and his or her reputation at that District Office.
