Magic John performed at our nonprofit event and was fantastic! His tricks were mind-blowing and kept the audience fully engaged. When one of our wedding guests exclaimed that John is a witch and another asked his going rate for friendship I knew he had killed it.
John's a special combination of charismatic, kind, and down to earth. His energy was infectious and he was patient and flexible through our planning process. Looking back at our photos I see nothing but smiles and intrigue around him.
He was so worth it and I cannot recommend him enough.

Wow! I don’t even know where to start. From the very beginning and finding John through thumbtack for my daughters 8th birthday, we first had a pleasant phone call where he was able to answer all of my questions, got to know what we were looking for in a magician, and he answered questions that in that moment I had not even thought about. After that conversation, it was a no brainer, we had to hire him. After that conversation and days leading to the event, he kept in contact with me & provided me with some great recommendations to make sure my daughter & guests could experience a great show. On the day of the event, he was on time, kind, engaging, and a great performer. The show was for kids, but he was able to not only draw in all of their attention but he was able to attract the adults as well. We were ALL engaged and he was able to connect with the audience. I also appreciate how he took the time to give each child a souvenir at the end of the show. He truly made a huge positive impact on my daughter who also loves magic& aspires to be a magician. Since the show, she hasn’t stopped talking about the amazing tricks and woke up the next day imitating John’s tricks. So again, Thank you Magic John for truly making this an easy process & for a memorable experience!

Bring it on, Magic John! John did a great job of entertaining a large group of kiddos and family for our daughter's 7th birthday party. He was flexible and put on a great show. He also did a nice job of speaking to his past experiences with kids parties so that I could manage the flow of the party well: Making sure the kids were not distracted by side activities helped to keep the focus on the magic and fun! I hired John for my daughters bday party and everyone had a great time with him. John arrived prepared and ready. He was very professional and knew exactly how and when to start the magic show. The kids were all engaged as he got the audience involved. He is also very funny. The kids were laughing the entire time and were amazed at his magic tricks. I highly recommend John. 5 stars.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact John about your event, he will respond as quickly as possible to set up a phone call. This is so that he can learn more details about your event, you can learn more about him, and we can see if it's a fit. John is always happy to answer any questions, provide help, and make sure your event is as successful as it possibly can be.
John specializes in close-up card magic. Strolling magic is where John is mingling with your guests, entertaining everyone with close-up magic that happens in their hands. All of John's performances combine expert-level sleight of hand, lots of humor, and mind-bending magic that your guests will NEVER forget.
