- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set, sorry I do not accept negotiations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a lot of questions, The one I found most important is never assuming a customer has had a massage when they book you. Always ask is this their first massage so you know how to move forward in the process.
