- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done per serving. You will be quoted a basic price and a la carte prices for add ons such as fondant and elaborate decoration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly researching new methods and I read anything I can get my hands on in relation to my field, I also take pastry classes to expand my skill base and I have a degree in culinary arts
- What types of customers have you worked with?
cakes and individual pastries for celebrations, including wedding, birthday, quinces, graduation, you name it!
