I wish i could like everything about Chef Cedric! Work Quality, Value, Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, all A++. 1000% would hire again. We hired him for our baby shower because we wanted to ease our work load the day of and he was amazing. Him and his team did the set up of the table, so you literally only have to provide tables and chairs/ table cloth, and the rest his team did. They also cleaned up, and took all the table ware back with them so there was no real clean up for me, other than rolling the tablecloth and throwing it way. Our space was kind of small but the team worked around us and was amazing. Food, AMAZING!!! Of course, he gave me options to choose from before the event, because i couldn't eat anything raw he was able to accommodate my needs. Everyone was shocked at the quality of the food and how delicious it was. We, are a bunch of yappers but the food was so good the room went quiet when the Beef Wellington came out. Mind you, we had plenty of other food to nibble on while guests waited for food so you know it was good. All in all, Great service and food. Efficient, which is a huge quality trait for my older parents (if you know you know), overall just a great experience. If you have a small get together or even a large one, ours was around 25 people (kids and adults), you should definitely try Chef Cedric.

Food was well prepared and delicious. Spacing of serving of the various courses was excellent. His interaction with our guests was sensitive and appropriate. He left the kitchen as he found it. We enjoyed working with him. We hope we can call on him for a future event.

Chef Cedric was absolutely incredible. From the moment I reached out for information, he was easy to work with and made everything seamless. He provided a thoughtful menu and, at the last minute, happily adjusted it to accommodate a vegetarian guest I hadn’t planned for. The food was outstanding—beautifully presented, as if we were dining in a fine restaurant. It was the most tender beef we have ever eaten! Beyond the cuisine, the service was impeccable. He brought a partner to assist with service, and together they created a truly elevated experience. They began by offering drinks and letting us know they were ready whenever we were. Each course was perfectly timed, served with warm smiles and engaging conversation when welcomed. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will absolutely use him again!

Chef Cedric and his team were wonderful to work with. We were able to ask Chef and his team to cook for our rehearsal dinner before our wedding with our family and close friends. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The setting was intimate, yet the service was professional. The food was amazing, it took me right back to some of my favorite French fine dining experiences. I was amazed by every dish and could feel the Chef’s passion and talent in every plate. The team was also wonderful, and they all left the kitchen spotless after taking the time to prep and serve us the food. The guests are already talking about the next opportunity we may have to taste the Chef’s dishes again. I look forward to hiring Chef Cedric and his team again in the future!
