- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first find out what the client is looking for. Every event should be it's own. From the creation to the menu, theme of the party or type of class being chosen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience in the culinary industry working all over North America. This has given me the great opportunity to learn many different cooking styles and techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my culinary career in an apprenticeship with the Wolf Gang Puck organization
