I had only written you several e-mail messages requesting very basic information needed for your case, but was ignored or told to refer to secondary documents. It is required for me to certify that I personally received and verified the information from you.
In all my years of working as a lawyer, I have never had a client refuse to provide me with very basic information. In helping all my other clients who were applying for the same benefit as yours, I am proud of the fact that all of such cases have been approved. When you refused to provide me with the necessary information, I had no choice but to inform you that I would be withdrawing from your case if you would not provide me with the information. I am sorry you became upset and decided you did not wish to work with me further. Should you change your mind about providing the information, I would be happy to continue to represent you.
