I start training with Natalia after my pregnancy. My body changed so much , i feel so healthy, no back pain, I can do much more then before. Every session is so much fun, it’s always something new and interesting to learn. Cant wait till Monday ! You are the best !Aug 8, 2019
My goal was to start building muscles and go to the gym more often, I didn’t know from where to start and was shy to train at the gym by myself since I don’t know much about what am I doing lol so I mostly did cardio. Then I had back problem, Running made it worse. I am glad I met Natalia, she suggest me what protection I need to use, what vitamins to drink, what exercise to avoid. And in general I feel much stronger and happier with myself. It’s so nice when you can choose one day training with weights , another time more stretching or yoga, I even try karate ahah punching and kicking omg so much relive after and water taste much much better! don't know from where to start, I usually never wright review , I do not use social media and etc My daughter introduced me to Natalia, thanks to her. I had operation on my hip in past, I didn't even feel like I can do exercises. When I met Natalia , I told her I don't like swimming in a pool, water exercises - not an option for me, I can not lay on my hip as well, I walk slow and etc She gave me an answer to all of them, that's how I fall in love. I took prenatal barre classes during my second pregnancy. I had gestational diabetes that I was diagnosed at 28 weeks. I gain so much weight. And I was looking for classes that can help me to be in shape and decrease my sugar level. Yoga plus barre workout was perfect for me. Classes with Natalia balance my weight. I felt much better after Workout, my sugar level was lower and it’s more fun then a long walk , especially during hot season.Sep 27, 2019
