Whether it was dancing as a UDA All-Star, running competitively in track and field or, as a Southern California native, participating in all of the physical activities that the golden state has to offer; I have always strived to engage in a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Jill literally saved me during quarantine, both mentally and physically, as she stopped be from becoming a depressed, bloated lump. I had never done Pilates before and the fact that I took to her classes so enthusiastically is a testament to her skills as an instructor.
