I had been taking pilates for over a year before starting private sessions with Chelsea. Training with Chelsea brought me to the next level of my journey, I became stronger and finally had strength in my core again. I have truly seen a big difference in my body. She helped me lose weight, gain muscle and has taught me to see overall results through the basis of nutrition. She continues to motivate me and is always changing up the routine, equally targeting every muscle group. The results I have achieved to date are largely due to Chelsea’s encouragement and support. If you are thinking about take private sessions with Chelsea, I highly encourage that you do it! She has helped me to completely transform my body and reach my fitness goals, while having fun. She helped me with nutrition and it made such a difference! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer single session rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I typically schedule an intro session where we asses their goals. I take them through a 50 minute workout. This allows me to see how we can best work together to achieve the results you want, whether that is weight loss, injury rehabilitation, increased flexibility or toning up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Firstly I am a 4th generation instructor. I was trained by an amazing instructor who was trained by Romana Kryzanowska. Romana was Joseph Pilates apprentice. He passed on his knowledge to her and she continued his legacy to make Pilates what it is today. I have a comprehensive Pilates certification. Meaning I am certified in every form and apparatus there is. Reformer,mat, Cadillac, wunda chair, barrel and pedi pole.
