It is important for me to know your health history and fitness level, so that I can identify exercises that might be contradicted, design an appropriate program and establish a proper intensity level for your workouts. I discuss your personal health and fitness goals, and how we can achieve them through the Pilates Method. I begin the session by going over the fundamentals of posture alignment, quality of movement, range of motion, the Pilates breath and articulation of the spine.
