It was a seamless and painless process from the service quote to the job itself. I had a clogged dipper well drain in my ice cream shop, and I needed someone to come out and fix it right away. I inquired about quotes from several plumbers, but John was the only one who offered to give me a free estimate and could come the same day. John arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the problem to me and gave me a few options for how to fix it. He also offered some suggestions on how to prevent the drain from clogging in the future. I was impressed with his honesty and upfront pricing. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and he was very transparent about the cost of the repairs. Overall, John and his team did a great job unclogging our pipes, and I appreciated that he was able to do so at a competitive price. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jammed plumbing doesn’t charge to come out and provide a free on site estimate, and it also prevents miscommunication. We do offer veterans and first responders with a 5 percent discount.( proof can be shown on site and automatically applied to the job)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a second generation plumber. My experience in plumbing comes from 4 years of service calls, before going to rough residential and commercial plumbing for 4 more years to learn plumbing systems and perfect my craft from the ground up, and have been plumbing for over 12 years now. Thank you to all those customers who have given me the opportunity to be their plumber!
