FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the property, the type of cleaning, the condition of the home, and the specific services requested. We provide clear pricing upfront so our customers know what to expect before the service begins. For recurring services, we may offer special rates, and additional services are discussed and approved in advance. We believe in honest, transparent pricing with no unexpected fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we first discuss their cleaning needs, the size of the home, and any specific areas they would like us to focus on. We then provide a clear estimate and schedule a convenient time for the cleaning. On the day of service, our team arrives on time, carefully completes the cleaning, and pays close attention to detail. Before we finish, we make sure everything meets the customerās expectations. Our goal is to make the entire process simple, reliable, and stress-free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes primarily from hands-on experience in professional residential cleaning. Over the years, I have developed strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safe and effective use of cleaning products, and attention to detail. I continue to learn and improve our methods to provide high-quality, reliable service and the best possible results for our clients.
