- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my prices are fixed and transparent. I provide a full price list before starting the job. There are no hidden fees or additional charges — you only pay for the agreed-upon scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process looks like this: Assessment: We discuss the scope of work, the size of the property, the level of cleaning required, and your specific preferences. Scheduling & Quote: We calculate the exact cost and choose a convenient date and time for you. Cleaning: We arrive with our own professional equipment and safe cleaning products. You can stay at home or go about your own activities while we work. Final Inspection: You check the quality of our work in every corner, and payment is made only after you are satisfied with the results. by by
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees undergo mandatory professional training before working at any property. We study material care, including how to properly clean and maintain marble, wood, leather, and other surfaces, as well as safety procedures and the proper use of professional cleaning products and equipment. We also regularly attend workshops conducted by leading manufacturers of cleaning products.
