- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know how difficult it is to spend money on your job search when you are not in a position to be spending any money. It's important to me to keep my pricing fair and reasonable in line with your expected salary. This is why I want to know what type of career or position you are pursuing, so I can quote you a fair price for the services provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Resume writing is overwhelming for most people. I make it as easy as possible by asking you very simple questions in a certain order so that we can work out your recent work history, skills, and other qualifications.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a professional writer since 2007, I'd been writing resumes for friends since 2010 after taking some business writing courses. In 2019 I started New Resume Today as a full-time career. My first customer got the job he wanted within two weeks. Since then I've helped hundreds of people get the jobs they were struggling to apply for.
