FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, it's important to understand and align our goals together so I can be more effective in helping you. We'll usually get on the phone or video chat as starting point to better understand your objectives, and how we can best work together to achieve them. Secondly, we'll discuss the scope of the project from a high-level and then break up the project into manageable chunks, establish a rough timeline, and identify the right deliverables. This not only helps us stay organized, but also ensures that we cover all the right pieces, with the right timing, and with the thoroughness to address all components of the ask. Thirdly, depending on the nature of the project, I'll take time to digest the ask, truly understand your market and context, and come up with our identified deliverables. During this time, we'll be in constant communication to iterate as necessary to get us to the finish line. I'm a big fan of the "move fast and iterate" approach - I won't simply hide in a corner to churn out materials, that then simply gets sent to you at the very end without much context. Lastly, we'll hop on the phone to review all the materials and make sure I answer your any questions or concerns you might have. **Please note this is simply a general approach to how I work, but of course, projects vary wildly on breadth and depth, so we'll likely modify and customize this approach to make sure it's something you're comfortable with!
