- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Grae Agency offers block discounts! If you purchase 5 sessions upfront, you will receive one FREE additional session. Your sessions never expire! Grae Agency is also running a special promotion through the month of March. When you purchase two, five session blocks you will receive a 20% discount off your total.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every songbird, artist, or brand have different goals or needs. Violet caters to each client individually and crafts a plan that is applicable to where you are on your journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founder Violet Grae has studied Music Business Management and Vocal Performance at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Violet has a unique balance between breaking down todays music industry and creative edge when it comes down to developing artists, helping you find your voice, or strategizing your content. She has been a touring singer and recording artist for almost fifteen years. Being an entrepreneur and coach has made Violet incomparable to other coaches. It truly takes another creative to fully understand and help guide other creatives on their journeys.
