What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually study on new developments in marketing, either taking courses at UCLA, my professional groups or online with video.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in Market Research. I conducted the research and advised my clients what to do strategically and tactically. It seemed they had a lot of fun. So I decided to switch sides and do the strategy and tactics. Market research taught me a lot about consumer behavior and how to reach people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Brochures, SMM, advertising, fliers, POP signage, banners, direct mail, mailing list selection, database development.
