I was having some shoulder stiffness and pain, but felt great after a chair massage from Jovi. Well-trained, professional and an over-all good guy, I highly recommend him. Awesome value too.Sep 28, 2019
Hey Jovi. Thanks for an amazing message. I can't believe how tender my muscles were. They felt way better after. Im glad you have strong and big hands and great elbow. That's what it takes to get my muscles to submit. Thanks for checking in and getting me to breathe and relax. I will definitely have you come again.Nov 17, 2019Verified
For approximately four days after Jovi's massage for sciatica, I was symptom free. This was due to the fact that Jovi listened to me as I explained my symptoms, explained to me the approach he would take during the massage and after the massage provided me with literature to help me to manage my symptoms. He also provided me with a realistic return schedule so that we could proactively address my symptoms with the goal of reducing the frequency of my visits. The literature included links to the books that he himself used for reference material. Jovi is a true professional who looks out for the best interests of his clients and I highly recommend him.Nov 29, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?yes because there is flexibility within time and style of massage desired and accomplished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?getting to know them, work and athletic history. I look for past traumas from accidents to repetitive strains from daily body positions and repetitive movements. then I seek to address the pain patterns of any, I detail which muscle groups are involved. Then once we have educated them, we explain the massage process. we begin with a warm up style massage to introduce the therapists touch then gradually build up pressure as we warm up the myofascia muscles and skin. once we complete our time within the session, I go into detail which muscles are in detriment and in need of more time. we look to set up a follow up if need be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All day everyday. its called self study, self massage, reviewing our collective notes, videos, continuing reading from out our massage books.
