- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bill by the hour, with a one hour minimum. There are no transportation fees. If you'd like me to pickup equipment, I charge 15% of the total. I have a two hour arrival window, but strive to arrive within 30 minutes of the appointment start time. An automatic discount is applied to your final bill should I arrive later than 30 minutes. There are many other discounts as well. They will be revealed in the meet-n-greet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a meet-n-greet to discover needs & flow of the office, etc. Then develop a strategy for installation and/or support and submit a bid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Microsoft certified, among a few others. Have over 20 years experience.
