We are a small medical office with 25 employees looking for an IT consultant to take over our existing IT department with 3 employees. We found My Remote Tech and started working with them, going through transition and all new changes. We have never expected this process can go without any issues, but it did and actually it was very quick and now My Remote Tech handle all our IT support in house and remotely. This is one of main advantages of working with IT professionals who know what they are doing with enough experience especially since we are using somewhat complex multiple servers with health information required security. Bandwidth issue for Two sites connected with VPN and 50-100 users and each site has setup with multiple VLANs. After dealing with multiple IT consultant, we referred to My Remote Tech and they were the only one who resolved our issue and were be able to troubleshoot quickly and professionally. Thank You.
