I’m a dedicated personal trainer and yogi! I specialize in 30 minute virtual circuit training, vinyasa flow, family yoga, kids yoga, yoga sculpt and restorative yoga with guided meditation. I’d love to share my passion and my engaging and fun-filled yoga classes with you, your family and friends! I do private, semi private, groups and events for all ages at an affordable rate! For anyone interested in personal training, I specialize in 20-30 minute circuit training that you can do at home with minimal to no equipment. I will design a workout that I can do with you virtually and a written series of exercises that you can do with or without me!
