- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we begin with asking the customer what their project will look like and what service they are looking for. once we've gathered that information we can move to a in person consultation if needed we're we go over the different sizes, colors, styles we offer and how they will look and perform on your home. following that we will send a quote via ***** or **** and once approved we can begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have 8+ years of experience working on gutter systems along with extensive training of our installers so that the customer can feel confident their work is getting performed at the highest level.
