I will rate Empire Tire & Stone based on professionalism, organization, quality of work, punctuality, and communication. The company sent a thorough estimate on the work to be completed by the contractor.They also sent a payment receipt after completion. the tile contractor was extremely organized. he had all his tools and materials ready during the entire project. His organization allowed him to work fast and efficiently. He did a perfect tile installation using the best skills. He prepares a mud bed and separates tile with special materials that simultaneously separate and level rows of tiles. He was punctual with his schedule and would let us know if there would be any change. The contractor kept us informed and would ask for feedback or approval if there would be a specific issue about the project (for example, we had to tell him the preferred height for the shower bench and tile design inside a niche). He was clear, concise, respectful and honest. i am very pleased with this company and highly recommend their services. We couldnt have found a better company for our bathroom remodeling.
